Town salary $55,894.21

The 2025 disclosure, published March 27, 2026, has no council row for this person. The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act covers pay of $100,000 or more. The Town treasurer’s statement for the same year says its employment-income column is the amount that would be reported for that disclosure if it applied. That salary is $55,894.21. It does not include taxable benefits or expenses, which the same statement lists separately and which differ by councillor.

On the ballot vs. Christine Spicer and Andrey Zavidovskiy. On council since 2010. Acclaimed in 2022. This is a bid for a fifth term. She says she held a couple of ward town halls, then stopped because the same people kept coming.

Includes Magnolia Avenue and the Davis Drive corridor. The former Hollingsworth Arena site is the park she has championed.

Frank Hollingsworth Park is still a drawing. The arena came down in 2021, a slice of the land was sold for condominiums, and construction of the park is expected in 2027. She grades the term A and A+.

  • In progress

Build Frank Hollingsworth Park on the old arena site

She calls the park her project and wants it in the next term. A June 11, 2026 open house showed a playground, spray pad, and seasonal ice. Staff said construction could start in 2027 and finish in 2028. A 2022 visioning session did not turn into construction.

Keep infill out of the wrong places

She says she changed parking rules on a court and the infill policy after the old rules failed residents. The bylaw number and the before-and-after are not in the interview.

What changed

Better means a sourced improvement in the ward. Worse means a source shows the ward lost something. Mixed means both. Still open means the claim is not checked yet.

  • Mixed

The arena is gone and the park is not there yet

Residents at the 2026 open house said the neighbourhood needs the park. The site has been without the arena since 2021. Part of the land became a condominium site. The recreation piece is still in design five years later.

This file has no worse mark. A blank here means a loss has not been documented, and the open items above are still unchecked.
